Furthermore featured in this new photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.
